We have had good success the last few years incorporating this sequence and drills into our daily routine,

The 2017 season is set to begin. Schedule for the week of 2/27 .

Monday 2/27 first practice 6:30 to 9:00 WRHS
Tuesday through Friday practice 7:00 to 9:00 WRHS
Saturday March 4th Practice 9am to 11am WRHS
